Building Strong Foundations for Young Hearts

What To Expect

At 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. on Sundays, we have nursery and Pre-K classes, along with children's church services through 6th grade in the kids building.

  • Monday Night Kids Club

On Mondays at 6:30 p.m. we meet, play games, and learn about God for ages 3 through 12 in the kids building. Nursery is also available during this time.

  • Special Needs Children

We have curated a space for our special needs children during the 11:00 a.m. service.

We know that each special needs child is different and we would love to be able to care for them to the best of our ability.

Please fill out this form to help us know more about your child's specific needs.

  • Parent Resources

We have put together a few important things every parent needs to know. Thank you for trusting us with your child’s spiritual growth—we are honored to serve your family!

Our mission is to partner with parents in helping children become devoted Christ-followers, filled with His Spirit. We encourage young minds to grow in faith, spread kindness, bring hope, and shine brightly in our community.

    Our Commitments to Families

    • Safe & Secure Environment – All volunteers are background-checked, trained, and committed to child safety.
    • Engaging Lessons & Activities – Age-appropriate, Bible-based teaching with interactive learning experiences.
    • Positive & Nurturing Atmosphere – Leaders encourage and inspire children in their faith journey.

    Check-In & Pick-Up Procedures

    • Check-In – Each child must be checked in at the kiosk and receive a name tag before entering their classroom.
    • Pick-Up – Only authorized individuals with matching security tags may pick up a child at the classroom door.
    • Lost Tag – If a tag is lost, parents must present a photo ID to the check-in team and be verified in our system.

    Health & Safety Policies

    • Sick Policy – Children with a fever over 100°F, vomiting, or contagious illness should stay home.
    • Accident Reporting – Minor incidents will be documented and shared at pick-up; emergencies will be reported immediately.
    • Diapering & Restroom Assistance – Only female volunteers assist with restroom needs. Parents who prefer to handle their child’s diapering should note this in the child’s medical profile and keep their phone available during service.

    Behavior & Guidance

    • We use guidance, redirection, and positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior.
    • If behavior becomes disruptive or unsafe, parents may be contacted.
    • Children who harm others or refuse to follow instructions may need a temporary break from class, as determined by leadership.

    Emergency Procedures

    • Fire Evacuation – Children will be led to a designated safe area outside. Parents may check out their children only from the designated leader once everything is secure.
    • Severe Weather – Children will move to an interior safe zone.
    • Lockdown – In the event of a security threat, classrooms will be locked until an all-clear is given.

    Playground Guidelines

    • Secure Area – During service hours (including between services), only checked-in children under staff supervision may use the playground.
    • Authorized Personnel Only – Only scheduled staff and approved volunteers may be on the playground during service hours. Parents and unauthorized individuals should not enter the playground area.

    Oasis Room (Special Accommodations)

The Oasis Room is a sensory-friendly space for children who need a quieter environment. Parents are encouraged to complete a Student Guide Form so we can provide the best support and accommodations.
